Nang Lao, Multimedia Journalist and Environmental Advocate, is an experienced journalist specializing in human rights, humanitarian crises, ethnic conflict, and Myanmar’s democracy movement.

She worked with VOA Burmese for more than 10 years as a news contributor, producing weekly environmental reports and covering a wide range of other news topics.
