Through investigative journalism, documentaries, and digital storytelling, MGM connects Myanmar with diaspora communities, policymakers, and global audiences while amplifying underreported voices.

Myanmar Global Media (MGM) brings together professionals with extensive experience and expertise in journalism, documentary filmmaking and production, digital technology, research, and civil society.

Together, the team will advance MGM’s mission of delivering verified and balanced reporting on Myanmar and connecting it with audiences inside the country, Myanmar diaspora communities, and policymakers around the world. MGM’s founding team also includes veteran journalists and media professionals whose names, personal information, and roles cannot yet be publicly disclosed because of the current security situation in Myanmar. MGM places the highest priority on protecting the safety and privacy of its founding contributors.
